Many artists are deemed "style icons," but as someone who broke countless boundaries and barriers in fashion, Prince surpassed that definition. In his music career spanning more than four decades, his look consistently pushed gender norms and always promised an eclectic surprise. PRINCE EN MODE STYLE  : QUELLE TRANSFORMATION 

Cheveu défrisé, vêtements moulants, vêtements très provoquants, ultra sexy, classe en costumes souvent très colorés, maquillé, des vêtements masculin/féminin, les formes, les coiuleurs, les genres, paillettes, sobriété, il n'avait pas de limite et pourtant c'était cohérent avec sa personnalité artistique, un côté parfois un peu explosif et original pour le moins 

Chemically treated hair, tight clothes, very provoking clothes, ultra sexy, classy in a suit often very colored suits, make up on, masculine/feminine style, shapes, colours, sparkling clothes, more sober clothes : there was no limit to what he could wear and yet it made sense in regards to his artistic personality, something very explosive and original to say the least

    

Ce qui m'a le plus marqué dans son look en général, est le port de talons.... et pourtant ce côté très "viril" et meneur.... comme quoi un style assumé, devient normal pour les autres aussi, plus c'est assumé, plus ça semble une normalité, 

What surprised me the most in his styles is that he would wear high heels.. and yet not look feminine on the contrary and a leader.... meaning that a well assumed style becomes normal to the others, the more assumed the more normal it becomes,

le slip sur scène cela dit, m'a laissé un peu.... sans voix,

je dirai qu'il avait une volonté de se positionner dans un monde ultra compétitif et également montrer sa personnalité forte vs sa petite taille, 

That being said, what striked me the most.... was him wearing underwears on stage... that hit me a little i must say, it felt awkward to me because not vulgar but hypersexual and maybe the boldness that it showed from him

I understand that he had to show up in an extremely competitive world and show he was "there" no matter his little size,  

ce qui m'a le plus marqué chez Prince, qui est un chanteur que j'admirais beaucoup, est son talent : musicien, chanteur, ses créatiions artistiques et le choix de son équipe, 

But frankly what I remember the most about him, is his talent, I admired him a lot, still do : he was a musician, singer, a creative artist and he would choose people that he would not shadow to make himself shine (that is my view of it)
